WAYNESVILLE, Mo. — Carthage scored twice in the first half and added three more goals in the second half to earn a 5-0 win over Waynesville on Tuesday.
Aldo Sanchez-Concinos scored in the 11th minute off the assist from Is Perez-Lopez for a 1-0 advantage.
Henry Laytham added a goal on a PK in the 37th minute to send the Tigers into the intermission up 2-0.
Jose Lopez-Garcia scored out of the half in the 49th minutes for a 3-0 Carthage lead.
Reece Horton added two goals to close out the game, connecting in the 62nd minute off the assist from Gavin Ortega and again in the 74th minute off the assist from Ivan Barrios-Lopez.
Carthage hosts New Height Christian Academy on Thursday.
